Is there a cost for the consultation?
Consultations are completely complimentary — no deposit required. Simply book and we'll see you at the clinic.
How long does the consultation take?
All in-clinic consultations are 60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for discussion, assessment and education. Virtual consultations are 15 minutes — perfect for an initial chat.
Can I start treatment on the same day?
Sometimes, but never automatically. Same-day treatment depends on individual suitability, the treatment being considered, required preparation or prescribing review, and appointment availability. A consultation does not guarantee treatment.
How should I prepare for my consultation?
For skin consultations, arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. For body consultations, stay well hydrated and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Hair clients should arrive with clean, dry hair free of styling products.
What happens after my consultation?
You'll receive a personalised treatment plan and product recommendations based on your goals. Our team will guide you through next steps and can help schedule your first treatment if you're ready to begin.
